How to correct speedometer after installing larger tires

I was wondering if there is a way to fix the speedometer to read the actual speed on my 1980 Toyota 4x4 pickup with a 1983 22r motor transmission and transfer case? Thanks for any help
1980 body,1983 running gear with 4.11 Detroit Truetracs front and rear, New Marlin Transmission & T-Case with 4.7 gears, 30x9.5 R15 Cooper Discoverer STT LT, custom front & rear bumpers.

Free option is using a GPS speedometer App on your smart phone.
