All that stuff will go away when you make enough posts. The attachments banner thing at the top of the screen is a bit misleading. It only applies if you'd like to host your pictures directly to the forum. It's OK, but the forum is very limiting with a 140KB max file size. A good majority of forum users prefer 3rd party hosting with Photobucket(formerly), Imgur, or Tapatalk.
