95 4R 1KZ te 5spd mid clutch change and need some help

First of all  hello to everyone here.  I am in the middle of changing my clutch and can't find info on torque specs  mainly for flywheel and pressure plate.  Also having difficulty getting the flywheel off and wondered if there is a trick to this one (solid mass flywheel from roughtrax) .  I was told by a friend that there are some kzte people on  here so I joined up.

Fly wheel is OFF.  Nothing special about getting it off..took a few lovingly applied taps from the ball peen hammer.  So HELLO everybody.
