I have a dana 44 front axle out of a scout II, the diff is on the passenger side. i dont know exactly how wide the axle is but it looks about 59-64 in wide. nothing spacers couldnt fix. was going to use for solid axle swap im my 91 yoda but decided to go with an 85 toyota axle because of the ease of swap (and man do i love the birfields). the axle is complete from hub to hub but needs some work. another thing is that it is a 5 lug pattern but can easily be converted with chevy or FSJ parts. I pulled the cover and the long shaft and everything is fine. but its been sitting in my back yard for a while and elements have attacked it like a pack of dogs on a 3 legged cat. but overall. i would say hubs rotors seals and bearings and the thing is usable.
the axle can be shipped but i prefer that it be picked up. because i am currently in nacogdoches and the axle is in dallas
