So I opened an account with you and wiith Photobucket but still cant see pictures...

It's not anything to do with you, photobucket made 3rd party hosting (uploading a picture to PB and linking it to another site) a paid feature, so the people who are hosting said images either need to pay 400 dollars to get the feature back or they need to reupload their pictures to another host like Imgur.

Depending in what browser you are using, there are some workarounds, Google Photobucket, and Firefox Photobucket you can try.

Been using the Google play app for photobucket before this all went down, i still can third party host from it.
