Staun inner beadlock install, Central CA

Does anyone know of a competent shop in central CA that will install tires with Staun inner beadlocks?  I have not been able to find anyone that will install with beadlocks.

I'm pretty sure my buddy will do it here in Coalinga. Call Billingsley tire in Coalinga and ask for Andrew.

I would either only trust an offroad shop that has experience or do it myself. They are a huge pain and easy to put holes in the inner tubes. Ask me how I know
