Best triple stick??
« on: Dec 17, 2014, 07:49:22 PM »
I'm looking into buying a triple stick for my 88' runner. I am looking at daves off road, and the unit that rad designs has. Anybody running either of these or have one they like better.

Looking at the designs of both it looks like Daves will provide more tunnel clearance, so that's the one I am going to get.

I've been running davez for 3 years with no issues, only got it so i can run a bench seat lol

The shift engagements aren't as smooth and solid, but i don't know if you can get it much tighter with all the leakage :dunno:
either way its not that noticeable and still goes into gear every time.

Thanks guys. Yeah daves design does look like it would have better clearance with the links on the bottom and not on top.

I'm running Davez in my 88 PU and still had to clearance the tunnel a little. Work great.

:D I run RADesigns setup.  ;) My trans is tucked up so tight either one I would have to cut the tunnel.
