man i feel the same way i build it if i can but not having tools blows chunks. and some things are not cost efective best bet is to price the metal the tools vs the finished product you are trying to acomplish then surf the net for a while looking fo something similar and cheak the price call around ask what it would cost to build what you are trying to build

I build what ever I can and scavenge for the rest. Little elbow grease and you'v got'er done.  But it is hard to weld with a tool box full of screw drivers
