hey guys .  i check the gas tank clean put new filters in the line . but it still acts like it's still not having fuel getting to it ? what's nxt ?

Check your fuel pump. I'm assuming its mechanical, pull the inlet line off the carb, stick it in a bottle of some sort and crank it over. If you have fuel to that point, then you know its an issue with the carb, if not then its most likely an issue with the pump! Unless of course you have a pinched fuel line somewhere...

  i check the tank it's clean . nxt was the filter back one is new . next thing is blow the lines . if not i'll be looking for a very good stock carb
