22r not wanting to fire need help ASAP

so i got a 84 22e an put all my 20 r parts on it including the head, but now it is not wanting to fire, it popped off for a brief second, guy thats helpin me says its the battery and it isnt turning over fast enough. any ideas guys

Does it have fuel, does it have spark, how is the timing?
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

it has spark an fuel, time is correct i have compression, jus is not wanting to wake up

Put a sock over the carb  to suck stuff throught and then remove sock,   it should of sucked some junk through, Or make sure your getting the fuel in there   make sure the dizzy is not 180 out either!!@!@!! check your valves for tightness

Had a simular problem, turned to be my old cat clugging the exhuast. Doubt its it but wont hurt to check.
