« on: May 09, 2013, 11:29:22 PM »
This is a local sale only
No delivery or shipping available.
Purchaser must pick up item in Hemet, CA.

I have a lightly used American Tool Exchange 7000 watt generator FS
Electric start / pull, rolling cart./unleaded fuel.
Maybe 10 hours use by PO

Was traded to my mother, for her old chev truck.
She has moved to a retirement home and doesn't need nor want it.
Instead she will need any cash that can be had.

It runs 6000 watts continuous... 120/240v +DC outlets
Comes with the owners manual.

specifications:

Rated wattage: 6000
Surge wattage: 7000
Rated voltage: 120/240v
Amperes: 20a/30a
Rated frequency: 60hz
Phase: single

DC Output
Voltage: 12v
Amperage: 8.3
Dimensions: (in) L=28.94 W=21.26 H=23.23

Single post/nut terminal: for grnd/earth rod

Engine:  188F
4strk OHV single cyl. forced air cooling
Ign: non-contact transistor
Displacement: 389cc
Fuel tank Capacity: 25L(6.6US gal)
Oil capacity: 1.1L(37fl oz)
Run time on 50% load: 15hrs

It is a cart on wheels with two fold up handles.
It's heavy (under 200lbs)...  but two adults can lift it...
A single person can roll it easy tho'

Yeah it's one of those chinese import generators...
of the likes you can buy at Harbor Freight/Northern Tool/ HD/ Lowes...  etc.

But it should do somebody a service.
and at an affordable price...
If it is something they might have need for.
I have no want or need for this generator.

Bad:   I got it with a dead battery.
I'm charging that currently to check it's condition.
Will clarify it's function whence that is tested.
Edit:  battery was found to be faulty (replacement required)
becomes the buyer's responsibility

This is only available for local sale...
and would require pick up in Hemet, CA.

I will start the asking price at $ 600.
But may entertain other offers.

PM if you have interest.

Video of it running...

pics...

I think this was a fuel gauge...  but something was spilled on it
and it looks fubar'd.
