I recently bought a 87 Turbo 4Runner. With having the automatic tranny, I cant run the dual tcases. So I am planning on doin a swap soon. Should I run a toyota tranny or go with another tranny?My 22RE/T is pretty tired so I think I will be replacing it with a remanufactored 22RE insted of a 22RE/T so I really need a 5spd from what I've heard with the 22RE. What parts do I need to complete this swap? Any idea on the price it will cost? Thanks in advance
