and if you want your temp guage and fuel guage to work, you'll need the guage cluster from the 22re truck also.

not true, only if you use the EFI tank, (which i recommend)... that way the pump is in the tank.but you can* use the carbed tank with an inline pump, thus keeping your factory style dash (if you are that fond of it)
This still doesn't fix the probelm with the temp guage. Different resistance in the clusters for the temp guage between the 22r and re.
