The york can squeeze in next to the oem A/C, I think you can buy brackets for it.  In another post a member posted a pic of his set-up using another oem A/C comp stacked on the curent A/C comp.

You also have the 12vlt comps, ranging from about $70 for the Superflow MV50 to $400 plus for a Viair.  I run a couple of the Superflow, one for my ARB, and the other for airing up/reseating blown beads, etc.

A search should lead you to the comp. posts.

As for the welder, you can get a ready welder, its a portable spool gun, or go with a more hard mount style and stick weld, which is nice it gives you 115v ac power too.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

Go big buy a Ready, but you can just weld with a battery or two.  Are you looking at welding for work or a trail repair to get you home.?

Here is a link to some pictures of OBA and AC on a 22re. This is a York 210 ac compressor which is over 10 cu. in. displacement.
