Everytime I go from 4 Hi to 2 hi I almost have to force it to move. Sometimes I can pull forward or backward and it will unbind but not always. Dunno what it is. Anyone else?

I've had that occur in several of mine, the trick I have used in the past is to unlock the front hubs and backup a couple feet usually works. Most of the time I did have binding it was when I had gone a very long time in 4wd for several days.

I might have to give that a try. I had left it in 4wd for three days so that could be it.
