Had a Vision for a new front bumper, something wild, wicked and different. I love designing and building stuff.
So here is the concept..................

Do you have some other views?  It's certainly better than the vast majority of tube bumpers, but I think I like my FROR bumper better though it's similar.  I'm having trouble visualizing how it would look on the front of a toy.
1989 4Runner: Dual Ultimate (Inchworm front & Marlin 4.70 rear), Marlin Twin Stick, 1200-lb clutch, 4.88 R&P, Aussie Front, Detroit rear, 30-spline Longs, Long hub gears, ARP hub and knuckle studs & 35x12.50 Cooper STT PRO tires.  Marlin rear bumper & sliders.  FROR front bumper.  SAS with Alcan springs & Rancho 9000XL shocks.  Budbuilt Bolt-on traction bar.  Custom Interior Cage by Those Guys Rod and Customs.

Here's an image of front view.......................I.m planning on making the lower outer gussets doubled with a 1/4" spacer sleeve between them for clevis mounts. Might add a few more gussets when I get going on the build.

How thick of a material are you going to use? Wonder how heavy it'll be..... :headscratch:

Can do you do dimensions on there? Ive been considering building a new front bumper something to that style.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?

Reminds me of the old Bent-up Tacoma bumpers. I always wanted 1 for my 1st gen 4Runner.

Not that much, I'm thinking 75# max. My current winch bumper must be 100#+.

Dimensions, seriously, you don't even want to offer to buy the plans from me after I did all that work? I will use some artistic impression when I build this and probably add a few gussets.

Picked up the cut and bent parts today, Yes it looks as cool as it did in the solid model. Now the question is do I put it on my Toyota or my daughters Tacoma?  :-\ Life is so rough! I'll post pics before I start of the parts and of course as I go. Gotta run to Portland this weekend to pick up a trans. so maybe I can get it going next week.

Had a vision of a different style front bumper bent plate, flat plate, square tube steel, a bunch of gussets and no round tubing.:D So here is were I'm at after today, vehicle of choice is my daughters Tacoma, she hit a guard rail when we had snow so her front bumper needed something done with it. She says when we get all the mods done and lifted that the guys will say "No way a chick drives that!"

So after I removed it I made the base of the bumper, 2x2x3/16 TS with 1/4" steel behind and on the sides. Didn't want thing to pull and bend.

Next was getting the bumper connected to the fabbed base, some more 1/4" plate a few gussets and presto almost a bumper.

Another view of it, still not finished.

Took it back off to do more welding and added the outside gussets for the shackle mounts. Still need to add the back plates on each side and the front plate that connects the winch fairlead plate to the wing.

Another angle............
