Thanks for clarifying oops so if thats the case, my next question is about the fj40 knuckle upgrade ive heard about.
What exactly does it change; the spindle, bearings, hubs, and brakes?

I have never heard of the FJ40 upgrade. However, I did have a friend that upgraded his FJ40 drum brake axle to disc brakes using the disc brake set-up off of a mini truck front axle. I did use FJ rotors (cannot remember the year) rotors on mine in order to allow me the use the bigger IFS calipers and have vented rotors.

Bobby long sells chromo hub gears for IFS to Solid Axle "Converts the IFS hub to work on a Solid Axle" and he also sells them for Solid Axle Hubs.

I have also heard that if you aren't using them with longs the warranty is void true or not i have seen it posted on many forums.

This is caused because when the hub gear brakes it damages the axle splins.
If you see it, its for sale.

Yes it is true, if you break a hub gear most of the times it will strip the splines on the Birfield.
