Plugs, patches , rips? do they hold air? why does 1 look arched 2nd from the right in the 2nd pic?

If they are bias tires then it makes sense but I do see how it does look odd. Maybe its just the picture.

They where sitting stacked for a couple months, there's nothing wrong with them, no plugs or patches.
