its like when you get a speeding ticket, and instead of saying,
"Ok, thanks officer, I'll watch my speed!"
you tell him,
"No, I wasn't speeding"
So, he then writes you another ticket for cracked winshield, license plate light out, no front license plate, no mud flaps and no proof of insurance (although he knows you have it because his computer already told him)
Well, kinda like that!
