If you are still looking for a running motor. I have a motor pulled from a 1983 toyota pickup 4x4, roughly just over 100k miles on rebuild was quoted to me when I picked it up from the previous owner. I drove it for about 3k miles at most. The body and frame was pretty beat up, so I got another toyota and was planning todo an LCEngineering rebuild, but it costs a lot . I have it pulled out already and sitting on an engine stand in my dad's garage. This motor fired up every attempt and never left me hanging. PM me if you are interested. i pmed you, i have a good runnin 84 i pulled a while back,passed smog,wasnt burnin oil but leaked a bit from the front main and the pan,i'gget you the comp #s if interested lookin to get 300 for it. let me know
