how do you identify a ff 14 bolt rear

my nissan has 10 bolt front and rear and i want to go 14 bolt rear and dana 60 front but im new to all this so if some of u could help me tell how to see if it is a ff 14 bolt that would be great.

The rear cover has 14 bolts.  It also has hubs, with 8 bolts (or so) that indicate a full floating axle.  you can unbolt those bolts, and slie the axle out, without unbolting the wheel.  the ring gear of a 14 bolt is 10.5"  diameter

I believe they came in two different ring sizes based  on the years manufactured.....

IF you have to ask, its prob not a 14bolt lol.....

but no really the pinion is also removeable which is easy to notice...
Those are some huge welds!

Pick it up.  If it weighs about 550 lbs, it's a 14b FF  :rofl2: :rofl2:
