the further forward you fut it the less approach angle you will have and RUF move your axle 1.5" forward any ways I would go flush

TRUE THAT I THINK I'LL WELD IT FLUSH... I JUST HEARD PEOPLE WELD IT FORWARD DUE TO THE REAR SHACKLE NOT SITTING STRAIGHT IT SITS LEANING BACK.. I GUESS AT A NEGATIVE...

don't weld it flush.. move it forwards about a half inch I would atleast. You can still accomplish a great shackle angle by using second or third gen rears. First gen rears are a little shorter. I have always welded hangers on a little forwards to keep the tires as far forwards as possible. Also not talking poop but moving the hanger forward changes the approach angle in no way. The springs he uses are the springs he uses its going to have the same approach if the hanger is 3ft forwards or two inches the distance from the centerpin the eye on the spring will be the same no matter what.
