my impression after recent visit to the shop

I've recently paid a visit to Marlin and co. ( Monday, 9-13 )
I've learned a few things.
1. There's a lot more people working there A** off there trying to fill our orders.
2. Marlin is constanly on the phone instead of working on new developement or building parts. ( don't call him if others can help you )
3. Chris G. has been an asset to Marlin.

Marlin spent about 10 mins on the phone with me today, treated me like I was his best buddy!

Last time I was there, it was like a beehive.
 Chris G. was throwing that packing tape gun around like it was a 6 shooter.
