Topic: Some help, gear swap

I have the stock front gears, and complete third from a 94 V6 toy (4.88).

Questions?

Will this V6 third work with 4cyl axles housing and shafts?
Is there anything or any modification I will need to do this right?

and

Will the front gears (4.88 from a 7.5" ifs) work with an 84-85 front axle?.....


From what I have heard and seen, these components are interchangable, but I want to be completely sure before I start tearing stuff apart. Any  help would be great.....

your v6 rear 3rd will drop in no prob. and no your 7.5 ifs gears will not work in a toy 8" housing. u got to go buy them gears for it
