Why not just buy an axle and do a conversion to your 4runner.

Marlins SAS kit is $1499 and youd have a nicer rig if you used your runner

Yeah thats true KYOTA.....but it would still end up being around 2 grand because 1500 for the kit plus the axle and misc. things....it would be so worth it though

Yeah, 2 grand is a bit much but first of all you won't be able to say you built your own rig and it most defentially won't look as pretty as your runner doesand you can make it how you want to make it. so i think you should start saving that 2 grand. Good Luck

Swamper-

I'm in New Mexico, so sorta close.  The pickup currently does not run, due to a thrown rod in the engine.  The interior is pretty rough, and some idiot swapped in an L series tranny out of an older truck, so the tranny and tcase are not correct for the year.  Due to this, the T-Case crossmember doesn't bolt in properly and the idiot cut about 2" out of the rear driveshaft to shorten it and put it in the front driveshaft to lengthen it.  True inbred fabrication, I know.   The front axle is complete and correct for the year, so it has the HD gussets and stuff.  I think the truck has power steering and I know it has power windows and a sunroof.

It's a good project truck- I purchased it intending to swap the cab onto my single cab, but I've decided to hold off and sell off the whole truck.  Like the others have said, I'd do a SAS on your 'Runner.  Buy my truck for $500 and I'll SAS your 'Runner for another grand in labor.
