exhaust system?

Looking for a complete exhaust system as my new acusition is needing an exhaust. Looking for a kit that I can have thrown in. Need cat+ muffler and possible header.

downey has no prices mentioned and I am looking for costs and ease of instalation.

What year/engine option?  If we're talking first gen then your options are limited, but there's downey, nwor(if they still make it?), lc engineering and maybe performance products.  You're probably looking at around $350 for what you want, and add some to that if you have somebody else install it.  Cheapest place I've found for a free flow cat is on ebay, magnaflows to be exact, and you can snag a magnaflow muffler cheap at kragen.  Just some options to throw around.
