Topic: Need throttle for a carb

The part that my throttle cable attaches to on my carb i need.  My spring and metal parts are all worn out, not to mention, i think its the wrong part to begin with.  anyone have one left over from a efi swap or anything?

I've got a few spare carbs lying around. You just want the parts or a whole carb?

just the parts, the semi round thing that you attach the cable to, and the part that you attach the spring to to create tension on the round thing (i dont know the sames of these parts).  also there is a spring on the round part of the throttle itself, mine is wore out and has slack in it, thats probably my problem.  mine has just been overused, the spring has almost worn through the metal.  ill have to take some pictures later or something.

its not on there.  if looking down on the carb, you will see that U shape that is your throttle, i need the brass part that goes into that.  the actual part that holds your throttle cable.

you mean the piece that bolts onto the intake?

ats the one!... sorry i hadn't looked at my truck when i was typing this.  i thought it still bolted to teh carb.
