there were a lot of of people  there but we only ran saturday . we  were just there to test out a new set up on my friends jeep and a 2nd gen runner .

1st trail we hit was the tank traps

half way up   the jeep broke driver side rear axle   :smack:

we had to pulled the jeep all the way up tank traps   :shake_head:

we re from merced .. we  have more fun after we got the jeep to camp and park it  :gap:
it took us about 2 hours trying to get the jeep out from tank traps and trying to keep the rear wheel in .

when the jeep first broke the axle i came out of tank traps and ask around if any one have a spare d 35 axle that they would sell us . no one  have spare  :sad2:
one guy response was he'll charge my friend $1000 to go there and winch him out . :slap:
i just told him i have a winch too and i'm looking for spare axle  not some one to winch him out  :shake_head:

if that was me  i would be more than happy to help a guy out .

How long does it take it to get there.  My buddies and myself were wanting to do the rubicon, but I've also wanted to try hollister.  And which one would be a better trail,  I'm just looking for opinions here.

I'm in Fresno and even though we have some nice trails around here I just want to try something new.
