air intake

any one got pics of their air intakes?  just trying to get ideas for something new.

i moved my mass and filter to the pass side, so that the crossover tube wasnt sitting on the hottest part of the truck (radiator) and so the filter wasnt near the header.

i pointed it straight down and near the frame rails, much shorter, much cooler, added about .3 mpg

sorry, i should have mentioned it is a 22re.  .3 mpg.  wow, thats more than i expected.  i was almost thinking of a way of mounting it where the filter is out in front of the core support between the grill and core support somewhere.  any one done this?

i'm guessing green is where the stock intake goes through the core support and the red is where you can go with a snorkel if you wanted to?  i saw guys on pirate doing it like that.  i might be wrong though.

its possible. you do have to lengthen the wires to the mass, go get 8 pib trailer wire at napa, youll need 6 feet
