Winch solenoid

One of the solenoids on my Warn M8000 needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if the solenoids used on a winch are the same as this 12v continuos duty solenoid that I can pick up at a parts store ?

Yeh you can get them at Napa.  Just take the old one with ya they should be able to find it.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

They used Ford soelnoids on the older ones. And the reason for 2 was to keep the overheating to a minimum

Mines got 4             - M8000

And the guys at the local NAPA are all on crack, I'd probably end up with a wiper motor :shake_head:
