try to shift it with the engine off, if it still wont shift its in the trans,
also try rocking it back and forth,
Shifter might be installed wrong?
good luck,

So it shifts into gear when the truck is off, I tried rocking the tranny and it still wont work, is it possible that i might have put the pressuer plate in backwards or that it inst getting any fluid from the master cylinder

your clutch is on backwords, you cant install the P/P on backwords
Possibly clutch fork isnt in the throw out bearing.

Come to think, I dont think the clutch would DISENGAGE if the clutch was in backwards, there would always be contact,
But I think its in the clutch pressure plate throw out bearing.

Good luck,

Take some pictures when you get it apart so we can see if some thing is installed wrong.

well i pulled the tranny back yesterday and i found that the fork was moving around a lot i guess there is like a little nipple like thing that it conets to and it wasent on that. hopefully that is the problem. i also ajusted the rod between to fork and slave cylnder. also ajusted the clutch pedal
