just got this yesterday got it on a trade deal

specs 1987 jx sammi

1.3 liter
calmini header and exhaust
calmini shackles
old man emu springs
old man emu steering stabilizer
lockright lockers front and rear yukon gears
centerforce clutch
31s tsl swampers
confeer roof rack
swing away rear bumper with tire and jerry can holder
custom front bumper

not really sure what we are going to do to it but here is some things im thinking

1.6 liter
spring over
redo steering
if i keep it for awhile will do yota axles since i have a set of them already
bigger tires and some different wheels
some kind of internal cage and exo

lmk what ya think?

X2. If i was you I would just enjoy for now how it is. Those things are a lot more capable than people realize, even completely stock. After I move for college in the next year or so I want to get me a sammy hard top and just build it very small and low buck. I dig your sammy though those things are so much fun! My buddy had one totally stock with crappy street tires and we used to bang that thing up these insane bull dozer trails up the sides of mountains that i wouldnt even try in my toyota. such fun little 4x4s. great score

I plan on running it like this for awhile its to hard trying to build to many things at once.  Have to get kids yota finished first then my yota is next.  Plus it will be like a backup wheeler to are yoats.
