is there an aftermarket company that makes a powerful windshield defroster cause the stock on takes long and i live in snow so i am just curious

i dont know about defrosters, but there are aftermarket companies that make heaters... might want to look into those

My guess is that the heater core is shot or the system is full of gunk. Mine is clean and has a recent blower motor(7-8 months old) and it defrosts in maybe 30 seconds, a minute tops. Anything that's a kludge will, well, be a kludge.
