4 Inch marlin lift question
« on: Oct 25, 2007, 11:38:00 PM »
I've been lookin at the 4 inch marlin lift for my 82 toy and wondering if 33's would be too small of a tire.  It seems like 35's are the favored tire for this lift.  Would this be too much lift for a 33?

it will be fine for 33s or 35s

35s with a 4" usually requires a good bit of trimming, 33s will still look ok, and not require as much trimming

run them and you'll be ok. you could even re-dill the spring perches an inch and clear with ease. they will settle to, after a long while though. trust me there a good spring ive had mine for over 2 years and they've softened up some but have always flexed good. if there to big for your taste take out the bottom leave.

What part of CO?  I'm in Pueblo, 2 hours south of Denver.  We have quite a few members on this board from CO!  Welcome.

I'm a member of a club based out of Denver and we wheel quite a bit (Rockfrogs).  Here are some other sites to check, there are always groups of people getting together and going wheeling!
