what year trucks should I look for to find an elocker?

what year trucks/landcrusier's should I keep an eye out for?  I want to put one in my 80's axle.  my buddy works for a place that hauls wrecks all the time.  any help would be great, thanks.

95 and up  trd trucks  and  almost all 4runners

Almost all 4runners?  Not really.

4runners only had elockers from 96 through 2001 or 2002. 

Almost all tacoma TRDs have them.
