Hello Crawlers :usa:

another Question from Europe to  :turtle:...
i had a Friend here and he had an Toyota 2WD RN42


and now we have Problems to fix the engine....we dont have any informations about the 20R and we dont get the
20R Engine Repair Manual (Pub. No. 98116) here in Europe :shakehead: ???

we need speciali Informations about the

valve clearance,Tightening Torque Cylinder head :thumbs:

some Informations we got from there

So i hope MC-CrawlerFreaks can help us a little bit
maybe an copy from the last site`s off the 20R Engine Repair Manual  with the special Infos

hey Fongs,  all the specs of the 20R  are identical to the early 22R's  80-84 models  :thumbs:

heads a little different  but specs are the same

:psss:  only real difference  is  the 20R  has a 88.5mm  bore  and the 22R has a 92mm bore

rods crankshaft, everything else interchanges

you can even  use a early 1980-84  22R block  under a 20R head and intake  to make what we call a 20/22 hybrid

bumps the horsepower up  about 30 hp,  but  in that little  camper  you might not  want the higher compression of the 20/22
