need help!!! with my tranny

ok guys....i just got a 86 X-cab toyota 22R 5 speed ok it has a shake like in the drive line so i think its a u joints..nop...so im lookin and i can shake the tranny yoke....are thay like that? and if i put it in R and back up it shakes like a chatter .. bad...sumtimes...can i get sum help on this?

could be a output bearing bad,  but chances are its  not JUST  that

what can it be...is there a bearing that the yoke rides in?
and is it hard to put in

first  pull the driveshaft and make sure the flange nut isnt loose
