Rolled Early Bronco on Thousand Dollar hill
« on: Sep 11, 2006, 08:48:38 AM »
Hey I just want to say Thanks to everone who helped out. We just got home. For the ones who didn't see it Mark was driving the clean blue camo early Bronco. On the way out Sunday he took a hard violent full roll from the top of Thousand Dollar hill to the bottom. Mark's hand got jacked durring it and was rushed out to Placerville. It took us a few hours to get it movable again. There were a number of people who helped and a few we held up. Mark ended up with no broken bones. He poped a few finger out of there sockets, and took well over 60 stitches. I drove him home.

Once agin Thanks to everyone and when we meet again we owe you a beer.

Thanks,
Bernie

Glad to hear he's alright  I know there was a young lady that had the same unfortunate incidence, but she lost the top of her middle finger.  I wish you both the best and hope you heal up well.   Hope to see you guys next year!!

Mark was the guy with the messed up fingers. It must of been him you talked to. I stayed behind to get the Bronco out for him. He left to go to the hospital right after the roll. It took us around 2 hours to get the rig to move under it's own power. We didn't get off the trail till around 1:00 AM
