GM ignitor bypass
« on: Aug 23, 2007, 12:49:33 AM »
i have the gm conversion in my 84 and it works great and cost less than 30 bucks it is very easy and simple to wire in you need a coil for a 73 chevy 350 and an ignitoion module for an 85 chevy k-10 350. run your hot wire to the B terminal and from the B terminal to the + on the coil Run your negative to the c terminal and from the c terminal to the - on the coil. then the other two prongs go to the dis. cap and its a 50-50 chance so if it runs bad or is humming its backwards. and with this set up your spark plug gap should be between 40 and 45. any problems ill be watching this post.

p.s. as far as i know this only works for the 22R carb models.
