I have 64" 1/2 ton chevies and they work well but I think that 38" plus tires are needed because of the spring length. Going from 35" tires to 37" tires helped with all the ground clearance issues of my truck except the spring length out the back still slmin them coming off rocks and backing them into :pokinit: all the time. I'd go with a 56" or 58" spring if I had it to do over again.
Sounds like more tree huggin hippie bull :pokinit:

You might try exp33311 ,its a4inch procomp rear . I am running the in the front right now. If they would flex and ride in the rear like they do in the front they would be the best of both worlds.I am probley run them in the rear of my 94 x-tra cab that i am getting ready to build , but i will probley have to french them into the frame so i wont get so much lift. For a 92.00 bucks a piece from summit racing you cant beat them.

i had the chevys and went to f-150 springs, they both seem to have a considerable amount of axle wrap
