Alright after changing the water pump and steering pump to loose an annoying noise I found the bearing in the fan bracket is gone. I'm searching junk yards right now but if anyone out there has one let me know.
It is the bracket that mounts on the front of the 3.0 v6 in front of the water pump and the fan clutch and drive pulleys mount to it.
