Oh apparently that is not the original bed. Learned that from a guy in WA. Apparently American 4wd models had no bed rails. American 2wd's did and Canadian 4wd's did. Dont quote me
Dude, the guy was blowin smoke up your rectum. Actually, I think somebody told him the right way but he either told you wrong or you maybe misunderstood it. The trucks came with the rails on the outside or inside, the difference was that the beds that were made here had inside rails, outside means bed came from japan.
