Where and when did you go?
I went up to Snoqualmie Pass saturday night and rolled my Runner.  I was up there around 10:00pm till 5:00am.

Skinny,  I was on the back side (west) of the mountains on Saturday, and we got pretty stuck ourselves.  We got about 8 miles in on BLM 3243, and then found this nasty mix of 4" of snow on top of 4" of mud, and spent the rest of the day getting unstuck and restuck.  I'll throw up some pics when I get 'em back.  That's the one thing that sucks about being locked up in the snow 'side hills'.  You mash the gas, and the truck just walks down hill.  With a limited or even open, you've got one tire to act as an anchor to keep you from sliding.

Once the snow really hits Laramie after December/January, there will be excellent snow boggin up off of telephone road.  I've tried chains and low tire pressure.  I'm not sure which one I like best, but they both seem to work pretty well.

What's the name of the club you wheel with here?
