*GONE*  thanks for the add Marlin.

82 or 83 vintage.  Suddenly stopped running for the previous owner.  I tried to get it started while it was still in the truck, but it wouldn't run.  Turned over freely and even sounded like it wanted to run, but wouldn't fire.  I took the valve cover off and didn't see any damage to the valve train.  No water in the oil.

Tried to compression test it and got between 35-45psi in all 4 cylinders.

Don't know what's wrong.  Head gasket?  Bad rings in ALL the cylinders?  Who knows, selling as a rebuildable core.

What you see is what you get.  PS pump, AC compressor, intake manifold.  I have an exhaust manifold also, but it has a broke off bolt for the air tube that will need to be drilled/extracted.  No carb or distributor.

$80
Pick it up in Riverside SoCal.

i'll almost garantee  the timing chain jumped a tooth or two  and  smashed the valves,  bending them a tiny bit,  this caused the extremely lo compression

In the back?  The thing with the gold pipe coming off it?
Sure, I guess if you need it I could take it off.  What's it worth to you?

This thing was cracked.  Not totally broken, but cracked.  I suppose that's why you are looking for one.  :smack:

Exhaust manifold.  There is a bolt broken off in one of the air tube mounts.  The threads are still ok, bolt needs to be drilled and easy-out'ed / extracted.

$40 shipped
