TOWSTRAPS
« on: Apr 07, 2005, 08:39:19 AM »
If you need some kickass towstraps check these out. I just bought two and they are practically new, I inspected them end to end and found literally no wear or abrasion on them at all. They are 3"x15' nylon rigging straps that if bought new would cost at least $100 apiece. Thes are not cheap single layer straps, these are HD double layer with straight eyes (no twist).

Mitch (seller) just emailed me back and said that these straps were used ONE time to offload cargo. You cant beat his price for straps of this quality and capacity.

That's pretty cool, I might have to contact him..

I actually just bought a "20’X 2” Tow Strap & Sling 100%Polyester 11,000 LB CAP" for $15 from xing333. He has a BUNCH of straps for sale right now that are brand new.

Here is his list of items currently for sale: http://search.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_W0QQsassZxing333QQhtZ-1

He also has the same dimension as the one I got that is rated at 17,600 lbs for just $4 bucks more. But I don't need anything over kill so I went with the 11k strap.

But those yellow straps KYOTA linked to are 3" wide which is very nice.

I have been using those 3 in straps for a couple years now, they work awsome. Have pulled out a bobcat tractor with one of those straps tied to the stock bumper on my runner, the bumper and strap are tied together still for about 6 months and the bumper is still on the runner too.

dontcha know you shouldn't bid until the last 2 seconds - then just enter an amount that you feel comfortable paying. If someone else bids more, then its ok, you didnt want/need it as bad as someone else and there will be another..
