Topic: Swing out spare carrier for 85 4runner

Looking for a good place to go to have a swing out spare tire carrier built off of my existing bumper. I have a Tube style either a Marlin or Trail gear model. Mine is dam near the same as this one.

I would prefer a guy looking for side work as it will be cheaper then a actual shop doing it. I have a 85 4runner that is bobbed 8" on 35's. I am located in Elk Grove CA. Any suggestions or guys that do good work let me know. Thanks

If you find someone to do it, please post pics. I have the TG rear bumper on my '87 and the only solid option I can find for a tire carrier is to sell the TG and buy a 4x4Labs for $1,600!

Here is one me and a buddy built for mine. Just for reference. And it started with a TG bumper. They are not cheap and if you do not have a fabricator friend then you will end up paying a lot for a custom one off. May as well sell yours and get a 4x innovations bumper. They are pretty stout!
