Do i have to do any frame bracing on a 91 toy pick up when doing a sas with a toyota axle. Im using a tg ifs eliminator kit

I heard that these trucks are notorious for frames cracking after doing sas in them around the spring mounting areas

Doesn't hurt, but you can get away with it.  How hard do you wheel?  tire size, etc.

your gonna want to plate the frame at the steering box no matter what. might as well move it forward too, stock position sucks and i have seen them ripped off the frame even with 35s and an open front diff.

should also plate the frame where u weld the shock hoops to if u use the hoops,like cut some 1/4" thick steel squares out, not a bad idea.
