I have seen the parts 1st hand and have talked with Brian. It is a high quality kit that is designed and already set up for you.

Ask Matt how expensive it is to build everything your self. Not mention how long it takes and all the trip to the store.

i really like what tacorunner has done with his 3 and 4 link kits..  i had a talk with him a few weeks ago regarding my "extend-a-toy" build and i am convinced that this is the way to go..  after talking with Brian i started to do a lot of research into buying his kit vs. sourcing and building everything else yourself.. i think that you could probably do it a little cheaper sourcing and building a 3 link or 4 link yourself as far as the metal work goes but heck if i am going to spend the time to bugger around and try to figure out how to do a front 3 link and rear 4 link and then possibly have to redo parts of it till i got it right or properly tweaked..    if indeed his kit is as good as it is,   having a weld on kit that gives me the proper on and off road characteristics is more than worth the money in my opinion..    lately i am all about the downtime of my truck and if i can minimize it by buying a well made and well thought out kit like this that i am all about it..
i think that suspension and steering is an area on your truck that you dont want to cheap out on and you dont want to take any short cuts either..   i cant wait to at least start with his front 3 link stuff first and then eventually work my way back to a rear 4 link as well..

i do have a few more questions regarding the front 3 link but this thread isnt the place for it..   and as 87pickup said, you get what you pay for..
the never ending build...

I fully agree… and 4wu is the way to go… having more time to think about it and what I want to do with my truck there is no dough that this kit seems bullet proof and well thought out… I will be giving the guys at 4wu a call 4 shure.

I know this thread is a little older, but I thought of something maybe pertinent that Brian hopefully can answer. exhaust on the 22re and 3vze are both on the driver side. with you're 3rz, the exhaust will be on the passenger side.

will there be any way of getting the exhaust, upper link, and driveshaft all in the same space?

Brian's kit allows for either a drivers side, or passenger side upper link. So with a 3rz, I would think the drivers side upper link would be best.
