1985 4runner SR5
Engine. 1992 Supra 7mge with 60k on it.,header, new cold air intake, new custom radiator, new electric fan, and new exhaust.

Tranny/tcase. W56 tranny, supra bell housing, Asian supra clutch and a stock Tcase.

Front axle. new 5:29, Lock Rite Locker and high steer

Rear axle. IFS width, 5:29 and welded

Tires/wheels. 35x12.50x15 Maxis Big Horns with about 80% on chrome rims.

Suspension. 4 inch lift front and rear

Others. IFS steering box, braided s/s lines, cd with 6x9s, stinger winch bumper.
The 4runner has tons of power with the motor swap and runs and drives great . It work good as a daily driver and does even beter as trail rig or rockcrawler.

I dont know much about Cal smog laws but it passes Oregon DEQ just fine and I could deliver for the right price.

Rig will/might pass sniffer but will fail visual. Tech will fail the runner because of engine class changed and sent you to REF. More likely REF will not allow your truck to be street legal in CA, green sticker will work.
