Front Dana 44 project

Front drivers diff Dana 44 from a 1978 Jeep widetrac pickup. Low pinion. I have most of the parts.

-Housing fully wire wheeled and axle tubes welded to diff
-Custom diff cover made from 1/4 plate.  Countersunk and machined flat.  No fill plug installed though.  media blasted.
-Custom highsteer arms reinforced into the stock knuckle steering arm.  Setup for 3/4 heims for the tie rod.  Knuckles have ARP studs installed for the steering arms and brand new spindle studs and lock nuts.

Axle come with
-used 4.10 ring and pinion and carrier with bearings not installed
-used 3.30 ring and pinion and carrier with bearings not installed
-brand new dana 44/toy flange
-used wheel bearings
-spindles and nuts
-6 lug rotors
-caliper brackets
-1 working caliper, 1 frozen caliper
-stock axle shafts and joints
-custom diff cover and stock one

Nope. The truck isn't going to change for awhile. Making a career change and won't have time or money for it.

There is a 3/4" Crome rod going from the highsteer arm to the stock knuckle steering arm. Strong as can be, you won't be breaking these arms off. That's one of the problems with the 44 is the highsteer arm studs coming loose and breaking. Not this one.
